However, like all electro-mechanical devices, there is always a chance of a difficulty that would require professional assistance. Our unique system allows for the Counting Head to be easily removed. The Counting Head is the Heart and Soul of the Paper Counting Machine. Customers shopping for a Paper Counter are wise to ask if the Counting Head is a separate assembly, can it be easily removed? It does make a difference. USPC offers a loaner-head program by which a customer with a difficulty they cannot address in house, is sent a Counting Head to use while their Counting Head is being repaired. All parts and supplies are available to be shipped on a same day basis. All assemblies are of Modular Design and can be readily replaced if necessary. Service assistance is available from CP.
